Kappa Delta is my top house and they invited me back for philanthropy! I'm not from the South though and everyone said they only take southern girls. Do I have a chance at getting a bid?

You did not get invited back to KD and are not even going through rush. You would not be on here at this time of day when rush is going on and you would know better than to post specifics on here if you were really rushing. So stop wasting your time.
