everyone wants to hate phi mu going in rush. I didn't end up going phi mu but I hated that I actually liked them during rush bc I didn't want too. I love my sorority but my phi mu friends seem happy

Noticed they had fewer COB than three other houses in both fall and spring. Also have overall larger house membership than several others. Finally, they have typically made better grades than other bottom houses. Look up grade reports for this info.

AGD is not in the same class as the other old row on return rates. ZTA is not even with AGD on return rates. The information in the OP is not accurate and looks like a typical personal ranking (with a bias) clothed in a claim that it is based on "return" rates to give it some sort of credibility. DON'T BUY IT.
