AP was not a very popular during last fall's recruitment and as far as I can tell they are a bottom house here.

If you look at return rates, involvement, academics, etc. A Phi is a bottom house. Before their scandal they recruited based on looks (which led to their problems). Last year, post scandal, they were not able to attract the same number of pretty girls. Rankings that say they're not a bottom house are ones that don't know what's actually going on now.

Lol you say this like zta doesn't recruit solely based on looks either. They had one bad year...that doesn't automatically bump them to bottom tier.

When you rely on recruiting pretty girls, have a major scandal, have nationals come in and toss out most of the pretty girls, then go through recruitment when most pretty girls drop your house == you have a problem. If pretty is your brand and you have average looking girls, you have a problem.

I don't see A Phi being bashed on here. I think people are just being honest. Yes, they've had a couple of bad years, but these bad years have fundamentally remodeled their sorority. They kicked out the girls that had made their rank higher. I think they're a better sorority now, but during recruitment girls that would have gone to A Phi a few years ago did not do so this year.

Not for those from Southern states and at least 85% of students are from Southern states (AL, GA, MS, LA, TX, AR, TN, KY, FL, SC, NC, VA)
So yeah, Old Row matters to them. Take your NJ garbage and enjoy new row. Keep self ranking it higher on here until someone actually believes it.

A Phi is a bottom house in most people's ranking. Please work on things like grades, retention, involvement, classiness, etc. and bring up the reputation of your house. That's going to do a lot more for A Phi than lying on Greek Rank.

A Phi used to be a higher house but they have way the lowest grades and their retention is almost non-existant. Now they don't get the beautiful girls they used to get so they have sunk to the bottom.
