by: I FeelAnother perspective on Bama subjective tier rankings. First off it really is no longer the same as it was four or five years ago basically OOS rules Greek Life. Second if you are coming to Bama to rush and join the "exclusive" chapter of your older relatives, friends, or even your fave high school teacher you won't find it--do you really classify something with 400 members exclusive. Last, you will have the best time rushing new Bama because in my opinion there is now balance. It's not the best in the country for nothing.
#12by: Not much changes
except some shifts within tiers. The top stays on top because they have the highest return rates, pick who they want, and cut the rest. The bottom stays the bottom because they can't be as selective, are newer, or lose a lot of actives. More changes maybe in the middle.
#14by: top and bottom
the top and bottom are easy to see on the grade reports. top chapters don't have to give bids to large numbers of new members in the fall and don't have to do cob in the spring. top chapters don't have a problem with people leaving. if the top chapters were so full of dumb instate members like the haters want you to believe, they wouldn't have the best grades on campus.
adpi, dg, and aopi don't get enough credit. they aren't old row but they aren't struggling on new row like zeta and aphi with grades and losing members.

Haha ok this thread makes me embarrassed to be from Alabama.....
I’m sorry but its pretty pathetic how many Moms are on this site. Lots of woman in my family were in sororities here but they MOVED ON and have more important things to do than be on Greek rank like JOBS and a life hahah
