Sorry but after last year's scandal A Phi is bottom. So is AOPi because they are just beginning to lift of the very bottom to be better than maybe Theta or DZ but not enough to even be better than A Phi.

I would move AOTT up and Alpha Phi down. Then, it would be accurate/

Aopi is lucky to be where they are. Many would place them with Theta and DZ. aphi is a toss up between where they are and lower.
