So as everyone knows sorority row is undergoing MAJOR expansion and renovation. Ill be using the new houses already built in my rankings along with AXOs old house even though it has been demolished.
Id love to hear other opinions but this is what i think. So here's how it goes:

I'd say this is pretty accurate. If it were based on interior, some of the houses would be shifted around a bit. Theta, AOII, Phi Mu, Zeta, and G Phi have amazing interior decorations for not being brand new houses. Alpha Phi's new house as well as G Phi's will be amazing

try moving ADPI AOPI AND PI PHI down quite a bit...especially as Pi Phi is nearly last on the list for a new house and the interior is run down...move ZTA and XO and KAO up and APHI down.
But anyway, the sorority house itself means nothing....this is kinda a dumb ranking actually. Because on campus, most of the bottom tier has good houses, while top tier has traditional older houses.

agree with the dg comment....clearly a dg on here but actually zta was the first sorority house on campus and is the original except for renovations inside the house.....and phi mu is the only white house!! but i heard zta and phi mu get to stay in their same lots and expand from there

im a zeta and we are keeping our spot and using some of Gamma phi's land (once they move) to expand. The same thing is happening with Phi Mu. Phi mu is keeping their spot and expanding on to where alpha phi is now once they move. Kappa, AXO, AOII, and Theta are also keeping their spots!
