Move DZ down, this past recruitment s the first year they made quota in like 4 years. No way they are better than Theta or AOII who have made quota when DZ didn't. And don't say DZ was being selective when the others weren't because they gave bids during COB like candy to trick or treaters.

I’m not going to rank, and not so sure it’s about being “old row” as much as tradition and reputation among the locals.....
But I terms of being over rated, I’d say this. B
AXO is THE most over rated based on tradition and reputation versus current reality. They have their charms, but to be top of nearly every list. Just NO.
AGD stays at the bottom of OR but above NR on many ranks based solely on OR status. Many see them as irrelevant, but if you feel better to be OR than not, it’s a place.
KD gets much hate although it’s still the place for girls from certain locales. The hate comes more from out-of-the-loop in staters. But OOR actually can see the appeal. In the end they may actually be unfairly rated on tradition.
KKG has a hint of what is suggested about KD.
KKG similar to KD in some ways, and can be open to OOR. Benefits from OR status. To the outsider many other houses would be seem just as appealing, but a southern name brand.
XO. It’s a love hate thing. Many think they are all-that. Others seem mystified by the appeal.
PhiMu - although many detractors who ridicule their bitc—- appeal, with put together looks, money (or the appearance of such) and good grades they seem to earn their high ranks. \n\n\n\n\n
