Which fraternity is better: pi kappa phi or pi kappa alpha?

As of right now Pi Kappa Alpha for sure. Pi Kapp is getting a new house (Like Pike already has) though so they are on the rise.

Personally I would say Pi Kapp

pretty close, Pike might have a slight edge on Pi Kapp, but once Pi Kapp's new house is done it may be different. Both are strong historically and currently.

Is about 6 or 7, i'd say. Pi Kapp is about 9 or 10, I'd say. Both are decent to good houses.
