"lower" tier houses that top tier hangout with

I'm in a typically high ranked house and from my experience other girls in "top" houses are friends with girls in "bottom" houses, here's just some that kinda go together
DDD - pi phi, gamma phi
AXO - theta
Kappa, KD - ZTA
Phi Mu - Aphi
don't really see top house girls hangout with AOPII, DG, or DZ
XO and AGD don't really click with lower or new row houses
