what makes someone a top pnm?

To be a top PNM you HAVE to know people. Tons of awesome girls have perfect grades, involvement, looks, personalities and are not considered top PNMs because there are too many girls looking for girls from home to notice or care much about these unknowns. They become the diamonds in the rough where they land and that is how all of our houses are amazing. That is how there are NR and lower tier girls involved and making a name for themselves all over campus. The real top PNMs don't reveal themselves until they are junior actives and then everyone notices. Many top PNMs from my year flamed out of control in grades, looks, or partied themselves to obscurity.

Connections period!

This is very subjective. Who is a top PNM to one house may not be to another house. My house may want really good grades, another house may want tons of cheerleaders. It's really subjective
