shame

Is it true a lot of Chi Omega legacies are having it hard this year with many of them being let go already. Don't compromise tradition ladies, if you know what I'm saying. (Alabama River runs deep here not the Hudson)

Why would someone who titles their post "AlphaGam Moms" pretend to know so much about the legacy situation at Chi Omega?

Love it. Even if xo wants oor and oos, they will never really interstate them. This shows the mentality these girls are brought up with. Very revealing

I know girls in both houses and from what I hear they only vote on less than 10 girls. Their exec and advisors pick the pledge class. They only want your dues, not your opinion.

I agree but only because it's BAMA if it were Indiana or Berkeley I think you need regional diversity to stay strong.

So let them - alums pick the pledge class with strong traditions, legacies and limited geographical pull.

For those that this is important to, it is important and they should not be pressured to change by outsiders.

Tradition can be great and withstand the winds of times and short lived trends, But it can also result in time passing you by and becoming irrelevant.

Even the Queen of England has allowed a bi-racial, commoner into the family - balancing tradition and “modern times”.

Wow. Great response! If only the alums picking the pledge classes would follow her lead. Seems the girls in these houses are unhappy with not having a say in who their sisters are. Tradition can remain , but alums are not the ones living and socializing with the girls they are picking, they are making their houses irrelevant and surely that is not a legacy they want to leave.

I was dropped by them and I really liked them. Is it hard to get in their without legacy status?
