pref day bid?!

It is true every year that if you only have one house at pref and put that house on your card you will get that bid. If you have two houses at pref and rank both of them you will get a bid, maybe not from your number one but you will get a bid. If you have two houses but only rank one you run the risk of not matching with that house and then you'll be left without a bid at all.

As long as you have maximized your options all week (listed every single house you attended every time you ranked and listed both houses you preffed) then you are guaranteed a bid if you make it to pref. So yeah if you only have one house at pref, you already know who you're getting a bid to. So if you get sad about only having one house left, be relieved that you don't have to stress about the unknown. You can rest easy knowing exactly where you will be and you can plan your outfit better hahah
