I was released so I am definitely going to hold out for a snap bid and then consider Sigma Kappa.

Absolutely. I knew I was in the "danger zone" going into it, but thought good recs, cute clothes and my personality would make up for it. Oh well - not dwelling on the past - just looking ahead and hoping for a snap or SK.

Do you think there will be snap bids this year?? I was cut for grades — someone told me no snap bids because Panhellenic wants girls to try for sigma kappa. Is that true ???

No, that is not true. If snap bids are necessary for a house to get quota then they will snap bid. This is national NPC procedure and does not change for any reason. There will also be quota additions as usual.
