Pretty sure they based it on grades and girls who have been in trouble, like girls who went to standards a lot or were on probation. These girls were kicked out, then some of their friends dropped because of it

Actually it's going to be a crapshoot as to whether they can attract enough girls during recruitment and cob to survive at Bama. I think it's going to be hard for them because girls don't want to choose a house that is in imminent danger of going under. Maybe girls with no other choices but I just hope A Phi doesn't lie to the girls and say they're fine and in no danger. That would be the worst in my opinion.

They're in a rebuilding year for sure, but they are in no danger of closing. Not even close. Do you actually understand how sororities work at Alabama?

I have a cousin at Miami whose roommate was a DG pledge when the chapter closed. Apparently they had a bunch of people from their nationals come in and interviewed all the girls and let some keep membership and some not. Not sure if it was just based on the interviews and it was also a chapter getting their charter pulled so a little different but i'm sure APhi did something similar. You can't just kick out people for no reason.
