new house
by: ?how much does having a new house affect a sorority's recruitment? will the houses - Pi Phi, AOII, Delta Zeta - have significantly better recruitments or not really? if so, where will the "better" girls come from/who will take a hit?

Zeta and pi phi did great when the recruited out of the stadium. So I think it is an excuse for those without houses rather than a pro once you have it

I think will people say having a new house will significantly improve a house’s rush, they mean it will improve the house’s rush from years where they didn’t have an actual house. Some girls are turned off by houses rushing in the stadium or being in an older swing house. Some girls want a house as soon as they pledge

Could not agree more! I get so sad when I hear PNMs say things like “well XYZ house is prettiest, so I want that one.” Or “I’m going to cut ABC house because I don’t like that brick color.”
The house is literally a pile of bricks, just like you said. The physical house should not sway your decision one bit. It’s the girls that will be your sisters that matter. And that’s all that matters. Every house has the same bedrooms, studies, lounges, kitchen, etc. it’s just different colored bricks and paint.
