tri delt
by: JWWithout a doubt, I think tri delt is a very good house. But does ONE good pledge class really put them at the very top? When I went through rush this hype about tri delt was none existant and now everyone on here is claiming they are one of, if not the best house? I don't mean to hate on the house, like I said I think they are very respected. But best? Last year they weren't even top tier. Maybe I am missing something

Tri delt puts on a great rush and is very welcoming to everyone. They are stronger with in state and southern PNMs but in the last few years have done a lot better with OOS. I think that is why their last pledge class was so strong. Their return rates are among the very strongest so somebody likes them. Same with Kappa.

These "no hate, but what's the hype with ---- house" posts are getting so old. Were you not happy with the Pi Phi and KD thread responses that you got from your posts yesterday?
DDD is a top house here and has been for the last 50 years. So are all other OR houses. They trend up and they trend down, but they always bounce back.
DDD and PM had the PCs in 17
Kappa had the best PC in 16
I wasn't here for PC 15 so I don't really know about that one.
There are only 3 active pledge classes each year when rush starts. So YES -- having a terrific PC in one of those years definitely makes a house very strong going into rush.
I disagree with you saying that DDD got no hype last year, but I guess we hang out with different people.
All OR houses are really strong. i dont think that there is 1,2 or even 3 definite "top "houses here anymore. Our rush is too big and there are too many top girls going through.

I think this is GR trying to up their click. No one posts the exact same "but..." posts about different houses like this person. They are literally the same post.

DDD is not considered a top house here. If you actually go to this school and are decently involved in the Greek community you would know this... Don't get me wrong I think DDD is a great house and I personally loved them during rush. But they're not a top house. Period.

They took some qr last year that worked out and so now their social is more on point

But like I'm not jealous? Lol I just said I think they're a good house and I liked them during rush... And on top of that, I'm in a house that's ranked below them so it's not like I'm in a competing house. They're not a top house as far as I'm concerned. They're not on par with AXO or PM in terms of grades or involvement. And they're like a slightly lesser version of Kappa (if you even consider them a top house). Overall I think DDD just lacks the overall image a top house should have. AXO is very strong in the academics/involvement aspect, PM is strong in the personal appearance and overall image aspect, Kappa is strong in the social life aspect. DDD has good grades and they're decently involved but they lack in a lot of other important categories. They're a strong upper mid house.

DDD always has better grades than PM so not sure what you are talking about there. PM has slightly better looking girls overall IMO and are much more flashy/noticeable. DDD has more legacies but their PC 17 is stunning. AXO has the best grades but not as social as DDD. KKG is most social of all, but grades not as good as the others. AXO, PM and DDD all very involved, but DDD definitely has a more laid back vibe like KKG.

Yes. She follows a pattern. Posts hate. Comments to herself. When people start contradicting her with facts, she tries "If you were on this campus you'd know..." When that fails, it's "Wow! Lots of XYZ's on this site!" Then she starts with the upvoting of her own posts, and accuses the other side of upvoting, even though her posts get upvoted in a matter of minutes, and the detractors get upvoted throughout the day. If THAT doesn't work, she claims it's Trolls (LOL!), Moms, or Alumnae.
Lastly, she posts really repetitive and dumb comments pretending to be PNMs, to push the other threads down.
It's so transparent.

Oh yeah, and it isn't just DDD, it's a bunch of sororities here. She can't stand anyone saying anything nice about a house.

Since she attacks KD all the time, it's not a KD. Pretty obvious she has nothing to do with our school, and claiming it's someone from whatever sorority isn't changing that fact.

I was PC 17 and tri delt was the favorite of more people in my Rho Chi than any other house
