Switch A Phi and G Phi. Move Chi O and KD up and move Pi Phi down and eliminate that tier.

The same could be said about KD, KKG, or DDD,. Please, what are the qualities that put these houses so high?

Take out desirability during rush since that is dependent on hometown connections and traditions and has nothing at all to do with the actual sisterhoods or the houses. Once that is out what is the reason for their high ranking? What appeal do they have over other houses to the majority of PNMs (remember the majority is OOS)?
