I doubt it considering the Greek chic talks about the retreats. Also many sororities schedule the next retreat right when they finish the current one so panhel would have to have told us way in advance

^^^^ yeah. the retreats are weird and awkward. there are 4 girls to every room (if you go to a hotel) and you have to share a bed with a stranger if you don't know anyone. and you're not allowed to leave the venue.
