Agree this is good. Anybody with reading comprehension gets the general flavor of the levels. A general idea is all a pnm needs to know going in because so much is out of their control. All they need is a general lay of the land and this is fair and close enough.

I think OP ranked Theta correctly. They had a good PC last year, they are known for being a smart and involved house and their grades are good.
