That's literally the dumbest thing I've heard all week.

My house definitely has a bias towards the pretty girls. I kind of started to notice this during chapters, if an average looking girl got up and suggested changing something we were doing or something along those lines the girls on Exec would just kind of nod and then move on... But if a prettier girl got up and said the same thing then I would see them look more interested and more often than not they would end up doing whatever she said.

From only posting pretty girls on social media (not just insta, literally all social media - tumblr, Facebook, twitter, even the chapter website) to giving girls positions to even letting them break rules from time to time to giving them precedence at certainties such as big/little to flaunting them during rush. There's so much more I could go on about. And it sucks because it really divides my house and once you start to notice these things it just opens a pandora's box of other issues you never saw beforehand.
