Pi Phi is not above AGD. This site makes them look may more wanted than they actually are during rush! No one goes into rush begging to be a pi phi. They also pref a lot of good girls but lose them to other houses when bids come out. Their last two PCs haven’t been anything special. They get a good bunch of girls who wanted to be APhi but didn’t make the cut

I for real know girls who got a bid from pi phi and cried because they put APhi first. Just because you think one house is better than another doesn’t mean everyone else does. If everyone wanted to be in the same house there wouldn’t be a point in having so many of them.

Pi Phi had a weird vibe to me during recruitment. Now that I'm on campus I finally figured out why...they don't like each other.

ZTA and Pi Phi's grades suck compared to other NR houses and they aren't very involved except with what goes on upstairs in fraternities so please explain how they are just so great

I think ZTA and Pi Phi are wayyyyy more desired especially during rush compared to AGD which has become less appalling since the school is more OOS not a lot of girls want a sorority that doubles as a bible study and after rush they are still Moore desirable you never see frats begging to do things with alpha gams they may have better grades but in terms of desirability Zeta and Pi Phi are above Alpha Gam old row can't save them

Guess it depends on what you want. Socially, AGD is irrelevant. As a “sisterhood” and traditional sorority things, AGD is good and above ZTA and PBP. PNMs have different reasons for wanting to participate in greek life. If they are OOS and prefer the social aspect, then ZTA and PBP are hard to beat unless they can get the tip top houses.
