Posts on the page itself indicate the house will be ready for rush. I assume the September date is the actual house dedication

No. The house itself will be opening in late September. The house will be ready for the new girls to run to. But no one will be allowed inside.

“We will officially dedicate our beautiful new Bama DZ House on Sunday, September 23, 2018.
The Alpha Gamma chapter will move into the new house in July in time for fall recruitment, and we will be ready to officially welcome alumnae and friends, as well as representatives from Delta Zeta National, on a special day a few weeks later.”
So @hm is right. Honestly it’s pretty easy to go to the Facebook page and see that all they have left is finishing touches and furniture. That doesn’t take two months. Y’all should stop spreading so many dumb rumors

Most of the houses have those on the living floors and in the basement. They’re really easy to replace and look fine in bedrooms. Obviously no one has them on the main floor

Ok just looked at the pics and it does look like they have them in the living room. That’s a little unusual but maybe the furnishings will make up for it

I know a lot of houses have those types of ceilings in the bedrooms and in the basements. But in your dining room? And in some of the living rooms?
