And you know what, for the sake of promoting more positivity on this negative ass thread, I’d also like to give DG a lil shoutout for having a welcoming vibe. For some reason I always have a bunch of DGs in my group projects for classes so I spend some good chunks of time in their house working on projects and everyone has always been really friendly and nice. I’ve been left alone in their study room working on a test (with my houses letters on my laptop) and nobody was at all bothered that I was there

DZ. it was my Mom’s house ( at another school). Thankfully,
she wasn’t demanding I follow the legacy.
It really was my least favorite house at IWT. And they did hang around for Philanthropy - It really wasn’t my vibe.
A girl in the room next to me was a DZ. it only worsened my opinion. \n\n\n\n\n

ALPHA GAM! I knew a lot of girls in this house before I went through but during rush I absolutely hated them. The girl who is now their President literally laid her head down on the table when another sister was giving a speech and then couldn't even remember what we were talking about or that we talked the day before either.

In all fairness, I think it all just comes down to who you meet out of 400 girls. A good chunk of my friend group are GPhi’s and in my personal experience they have always been a really welcoming and chill house. I probably eat fried Friday at their house more than I do at mine and on more than one occasion I’ve just gone in their house alone and chilled out while I waited for my friends lol (and there are houses that I have friends in that I definitely don’t ever feel totally comfortable in). I’ve met girls who I know my friends don’t like in the house who totally suck, but as a whole I’ve always liked their vibe.
If someone met the wrong girls in my house I wouldn’t hold it against someone if they thought we were horrible lol, so I guess as I’ve gotten to know more girls in different houses I’ve tried not to hold the bad eggs too much against them.
