XO definitely isn't that high! NR is hard to say who's top because depending on who you ask they will argue ZTA, ADPi, or maybe PBP all for different reasons.

I think the OP has ADPi and Zeta one row too high. However, I see ADPi above Zeta and Pi Phi in grades and campus involvement. When ranking these three groups for looks I see Zeta as the hottest and ADPi as the girl next door cute, with Pi Phi somewhere in between.

1. Switch Kappa and XO

2. ADPi and ZTA in upper mid is a huge stretch. Honestly, they're not on par with DDD or Kappa.

3. DG, Theta, and APhi need to be moved up while DZ, GPhi, and AOPi need to be moved down.

you need to split tri delt and kappa from zta and adpi. Based on grades and campus involvement that only makes sense. no one should have to be on the same level as aphi IMO. definitely need more tiers to actually differentiate.
