Yes. Most houses have you sign some types of forms. For my house, the new girls just sign a waiver for liability stuff for the bid day retreat. Later in the semester they sign photo release waivers which basically just gives my house the right to use their photos on their own social media as well as manage what you post (which basically just comes down to my house monitoring what you post to make sure it's appropriate and if it's not then they have the right to tell you to take it down).
And Alpha Chi actually does have a non-disclosure agreement about their grades and what goes on behind the scene, if you know what I mean.

Sororities don't submit grades, they submit the active roster at the beginning of the semester and Student life gets the grades from the registrar. They way a sorority can fix grades is dropping girls off their roster at the beginning of the semester, but god help them if the dropped members get caught participating in any official sorority activity.
