frat guys on bid day

When the guys line up and give the girls roses do they give them to random girls that they don't know? Also do they hand them out at every house or just old row, zta,and aphi?

there are frat guys at all the houses. usually the frat guys are at a particular house because they have friends in the house and/or they're dating someone in that house. and frat guys usually just have one rose they give to a girl, it depends on the frat house though, i know some houses let their guys take more flowers to give out randomly.
