Kappa doesn't have an unlived in party house, just houses that are passed down through the members called kappa corner or kappa cup de sac or something. They are party houses I'm sure but they're lived in

I think y’all are confused- no sorority owns an empty house to just throw parties at. Just girls living together in a house that’s been passed down. They aren’t a “free for all” and it’s not like they have pregames where every member shows up
