am I the only one who thinks kappa is overhyped in this group?
XO DDD KD and KKG would be my top also, but I wouldn’t say that kappa is the top of these 4.

Finally. A thread with people who actually goes to this school. If you don’t think Alpha Chi and Phi Mu lose several top PNMs to these houses EVERY year, well that’s just ignorant. No doubt Alpha Chi and Phi Mu are top houses with great girls, but don’t be fooled. They are way over hyped on this website. They end up with a lot of great girls other houses missed but do a very poor job at getting too PNMs they had their eyes set on. However, these top four dominate Alpha Chi and Phi Mu, plain and simple.

XO has had a rough time bouncing back from the ninja incident a few years ago, but it still rounds out the top four. It is definitely due for a good pledge class, though. Maybe it has seen how well opening up a bit to further OOS girls has worked out for Kappa and DDD and will follow the trend...

Top swaps? Hardly. They don’t all show up, and those that do stay an hour and go home. Every other house hits up the swap and then the after party or bars.

And grades... they’re like .02 over Alpha Gam and Chi O, but those two houses are a lot more social.

Jealousy does not become me and I can guarantee you nobody’s coming on an Alpha Chi! Lmfao
