KKG, KD, DDD and XO are basically all the same and pretty much attract the same type PNM. Hard to say one is better than the others. KKG and KD are a little more social (although DDD's latest pledge class has been very social too). XO and DDD have better grades and involvement (KD also has pretty good involvement). But without letters on, it would be pretty impossible to them apart. I'd put these 4 on the same level. Each of these houses gets its share of the top PNMs each year. Same level.

Never understood why so many people put kappa on top row. They are much more similar to xo, ddd, and kd.

IMO KKG, KD, DDD and XO are the four top houses (no order)
AXO and PM are also great\n\n\n\n\n

I am with the OP.
And while neither are my house, have two good friends in AOPi and Theta. And they are having great experiences - love their houses.
Point is this is how houses are perceived - generally by top down ability to select pnms - but there are very many great girls in every house.
