grade report

So I've heard that the university or computes everything for the grade report. But now I'm hearing that the houses send in the final numbers and then the university just compiles it and releases it... Which is true?

I know in my house our academic chairs hound girls for making sure all their final grades are right and if anything's wrong to immediately get it fixed by professors. And I'm pretty sure I've heard them say that they send in grades to the university. But is it the final GPA or it is a list of all the GPAs of all the girls in the house?

Omg stop. The houses do not tell the girls “go get this fixed etc”. Not a thing. Move on. Houses don’t keep averages. The university keeps grades and tells them. Get over this and be proud of your daughter.

The university has all the grades obviously, but it’s up to the house to send in their updated roster to the university. And the reason it’s usually released several months after school is to update things like you mentioned— professors putting in incorrect grades, etc.
