Retention Rates + Grade trends from the last TEN YEARS considered (to eliminate any 'fluke' years), as well as general involvement and popularity from more recent years:

TOP:
Alpha Chi, Phi Mu
DDD, XO

MIDDLE:
AGD, ADPi, AOPi
KD, Pi Phi, Kappa
ZTA, DG

BOTTOM:
APhi, GPB
DZ, KAT

I realize this won't be a popular rank. People will say KD and Kappa are too low, Alpha Gam and ADPi too high, AOPI WAY too high, and so on. I just tried to be as objective as possible and although some of these sororities are less "popular," they have very strong retention, grades, and involvement. Involvement and popularity are both categories that are very subjective and based on personal experience. SO, the above ranking is me TRYING to be objective.

My own personal ranking of what I think the best sororities are would be more like this:

TOP:
Alpha Chi, KD, Phi Mu
Kappa, DDD, XO

MIDDLE:
AGD, Pi Phi
DG, ADPi, AOPi, ZTA

BOTTOM:
GPhi, APhi
KAT, DZ

and your own personal ranking will be different too!!! and that's a-okay. There really isn't one "correct" breakdown of who's "top" or whatever. just come and decide for yourself
