1. KA, DKE, Phi Gam
2. Snu, Theta Chi, SAE, ATO
3. Beta, Sigma Chi, Pi Kapp, Sig Ep
4. Phi Psi, Phi Delt, Lambda Chi, ZBT, Delta Chi
5. Phi Sig, AKL, Kappa Sig, whoever else is left on Jefferson (idk anymore)
6. Sig Tau, Sammy, ADPhi, Phi Kap, the rest
Things Taken into Consideration: how sororities regard them, grades, numbers, involvement, quality of parties, overall coolness. there is a degree of interchangeability (?) in each "tier"

I guess you could say its preference but as a girl (not from Alabama) I'm not a fan of DKE, KA, or SAE. the boys are all from the south mainly Alabama, close minded and think a lot of themselves. I would only go to a party at these 3 houses if there was really nothing else going on at all. never met any boys I liked at these houses either. the party are limited and not as fun as other houses

If I were a guy I would probably really only want to rush Sigma Chi, ATO, Phi Gam, and maybe SigEp. From my experience, a lot of the "prestigious" frats are filled with elitist Alabama boys who all went to the same high school. ATO, SigEp, and Phi Gam are all good on paper and Sigma Chi is really fun. All the guys I know in these houses are all really nice too... Or at least polite.

Phi Delt & DX are both better than Beta & Phi Psi. Just by their time and history on campus alone. Nevermind that the parties are better. Not sure where Sig Ep stands currently. They had their time on campus and then were gone for a number of years. If they've come back strong, then good for them.

Did you graduate while Sig Ep was off? DX and Phi Delt are not in the same tier. Phi Delt and Beta are in the same tier, DX is down below with AKL and those houses. In order, Phi Delt, Beta, Phi si, Sig Ep, DX
