So from IWT/open house (all sixteen houses) cuts are made to 12 (philanthropy); seven (sisterhood) and two (preference). The number changed this year.

The least four selected houses in no particular order in going from IWT to Philanthropy are DZ, Theta, AOpi and GPhi.

No hate intended and these houses will go on to compete for great girls.

From 12 to 7 DG and ADPi get the fewest choices moving gm forward - not NONE, but fewest. I also think this year, with all of its issues, APhi may also be in this next least selected group.

After that it gets a bit muddled:

Phi Phi and ZTA will be least favorite amongst in state/studious/Christian/not party focused girls.

XO, AGD and AXO will be of least interest to OOS and OOR social girls.

KD, KKG and Phi Mu may lose interest amongst smaller town and quieter girls, bit still will likely stay ahead of ZTA and PiPhi. ADP and DG may pick up a few here

DDD has broad appeal, but tends to lose interest among girls who want a stronger "type".

By prep it's a matter of the conversations you've had, choosing the house where you may think you fit best, and a monks the two houses you think you may have the best chance at. Picking Houses where you had weak conversations even if you thought they were going to be your tops, it's probably not a good strategy at this point.

And don't forget, very few PNM's have this much control, and their choices are going to be based on who wants them, and not who they thought they wanted.

Not very accurate if you look at what's happened in the last few years. May have been accurate ten years ago but not now.
