they're on the same playing field for the most part. pi phi and zeta cross rush heavily and pi phi has the upper hand when it comes to picking PNMs.
gamma phi and theta have the same kind of status. different types of houses that go after different types of girls but overall similar in rank.

KD is on par with DDD and KKG. definitely not up with phi mu and axo, but they shouldn’t be with alpha gam.
