It’s when a girl in a sorority promises you a bid and sends you things to make you want to join their house such as flowers, gifts, etc. It can also be when actives take you to a separate room during recruitment and basically encourage you to join and say how great you would feel in that chapter. It’s really not allowed

I think a big one and probably the most common is actives interacting with PNMs on social media. Commenting on instas and DMing PNMs is considered dirty rushing once the no contact period begins yet you see again and again girls from a handful of certain house consistently commenting on PNM's social media posts.

So what's wrong with this?

It builds a false sense of being wanted. This tactic works because it's based on what we want to hear... Hearing we're pretty is sweet but hearing that from girls in XYZ is even sweeter.
