Is it just me or is zeta extremely over hyped this year? I have never heard or thought zeta was a top tier house but was surprised with what some of the incoming freshman thought??? idk maybe I am missing something

100% zeta is NOT a top tier house.

no hate, but they fall very short. they're an overall mid house at best.

It’s just you. Zeta is a great house if you’re looking for a house that values appearance the most. If so, Phi Mu, Alpha Phi and Zeta will be tops to you.
