I've read some other posts that say formal rush for guys is a joke. Will fraternities still be giving out bids then or do I need to get one during my BB or some other summer event?
Will all the houses be recruiting during BB? I'll be going in mid July.

Yeah, most houses will still have bids to give out. They give bids over summer, but keep some to give out during rush. I think it depends on house as to how many.
