delta sigma phi

honestly not really. they're on par with dtd and sig pi, so lower jefferson. not as bad as off campus frats but no where near as good as some other jefferson houses let alone those on univ. I've been around delta sig a few times and there's nothing really special. pretty average guys, average looks, average grades, low involvement and somewhat decent parties.
also they're suspended lol. they're suspended for the next two years due to hazing violations i think? so time to start looking elsewhere for you.

so is it gone for 3 total years and then suspended for an additional 2 years once they return? or 3 years all together?
if its 5 years all together what will they do with the house? i thought it was just 2 years "suspended" which would basically be them just gone out of the house and operations halted. and i heard they would rent out the rooms of the house to brothers but if it's 5 years that'll be too long.

According to the newspaper article their house corporation states it will remain empty for the next 3 years, as they are the mortgage holder of the property. So, when they reorganize and return to campus they will move back into the house.

The university is taking applications for another fraternity to move into the house until the suspension is over, then they will re-evaluate Delta Sig to see if they will be brought back or stay suspended

Delta sig is kicked off campus. They will be an off campus fraternity for the next 3 years. Then they will be allowed to apply for their old house back. Will they actually get it back? That we don't know.

Gone for 3 years, suspended for 2 years plus will spend a year re-organizing.
