thoughts after bama bound

Just finished orientation, and here are some thoughts if anyone is curious

1. The Greek Avanti's were actually some of the best leaders. Super easy to approach and felt really welcoming

2. Your can tell that not everyone "approves" of greek life. Some of the girls would make a face when I said I was rushing, and a professor actually asked me if I was going to join a sorority, and rolled his eyes when I said yes. Kinda weird

3. The "Greek Life" information session was kinda redundant and basically repeated whats in Greek Chic

4. Some girls are completely convinced they know what houses they are going to get a bid from. Like a girl literally told me she knew that she's going to get a bid from xyz

5. The new Delta Zeta house is gorgeous. Really all the houses are gorgeous, its crazy

Can't wait for recruitment!!

girls that go around telling people they will be a "XYZ" will literally get dropped asap. seen it happen with my own two eyes.

also, most avantis arent greek and thus dont really support it.

I would agree hat the Greek life information session isn’t really necessary if you read Greek chic!!
