1. There are two streets where all the fraternities on campus are. There's University Blvd and Jefferson. University Blvd has all the Old Row frats and the "higher ranked" New Row frats so Univ Blvd is generally considered to be "better" than Jefferson. Univ Blvd is also the main street that runs through campus, it's the road that the front of the stadium is on while Jefferson is a street that runs kind of perpendicular behind it.
2. Generally speaking, LXA, DX are the most popular from Jefferson but ranks with frats is stupid because it literally changes from girl to girl.

Kappa Sigma and Delta Chi hands down.
Old Row are the first and oldest houses at UA and are all on University.
New Row is Beta, Kappa Sig, OX, DX, EX, Pi Kapp, Pike, ZBT, ATO, LXA, DTD, Sig Ep. Most of New Row was once on Jefferson.
None of it matters anymore now that houses have moved to University where, all of a sudden, a house like Phi Psi is considered legitimate just because of their location.

If I were a guy I’d want to be a Delta Chi or Kappa Sig (I’ve always had the most fun there and that’s where I have the most friends), I think lambda chi and sig ep are also good
Avoid AKL and Sigma Pi like the plague. AKL always has groupies for some reason but they are both really irrelevant houses
