similar houses

NOT a ranking, just houses that seem very similar to me as an outsider
Group 1: AXO, KAT (very smart, involved, so sweet, good sisterhood)
Group 2: PM, ZTA (fashion/appearance, pushes involvement and hangs out mostly with other sisters)
Group 3: DG, ADP, AOII, AGD (very mixed but try to focus on grades/involvement, also tend to hang out with sisters)
Group 4: APhi, DZ, GPB (party people, mix of friends in and out of sorority)
Group 5: KKG, KD (party but still push involvement/grades, many in house and out of house friends)
Group 6: DDD, XO (nice, smart, a little weird but it works for them in the best way, friends both in and out of house)
please comment with opinions or how you’d group them (not by rank but by overall personality)

Group 1: AXO, AGD, XO, ADPi, KAT (grade, good girl and/or religious focused, welcoming to smaller towns, super nice)
Group 2: PM, ZTA, GPhi, APhi, DZ (good looking, more flashy, welcoming to OOS and OOR, very fun)
Group 3: KKG, DDD, KD, PBP (more chill and laid back, some are bigger partiers, overall involved and well respected on campus)
Group 4: DG, AOPi (good overall mix, very welcoming to OOS and OOR, more laid back than some of other NR)

KKG consistently has some of the highest rush return rates and is known for being more welcoming to OOS. They have an in state group for sure, but it’s certainly not on the level of Chi O or Alpha Gam. (No hate those are strong houses they just tend to be in state focused). KD is involved with capstone women, capstone agency, freshman forum, SGA, etc.. If your idea of involvement is Derby Days (which was completely objectifying) or Greek Week then you sound like a DG because most other houses don’t care that much about those. They’re also starting to open up to OOS.

I agree with #3 but this whole rush return rate thing is silly. Only a few people know the rush return rates their own chapter, even a smaller group know even a single other chapter's numbers, and almost no one knows all of them. And even then, it's for a single year and it changes every year. Bottom line is that for the so-called "top tier" sororities, the return rates are very, very similar and no one chapter holds the title every year.

My roommate is a kkg so I’m probably a little biased but she was told their return rates. I have friends in other houses who were told their return rates as well and I was told mine. I don’t think anyone’s saying one house holds the title each year, just that there’s a few houses consistently within the top few.

The OP did say grouped by personality. Sure, AChiO is kown for their sweet, smart, involved, and great sisterhood, as are XO, AGD , and ADPi, but tbh, isn't this exactly how Theta is described every time? I never questioned this grouping with the reason given.

1. GPhi and DZ should NOT be put in group 2, push them down to group 4
2. KKG and KD are involved and well respected on campus? KD rarely participates in Greek wide events such as Derby Days and Greek Week. And, at least in my opinion, KKG and KD are only highly respected among girls from specific regions of Alabama... These two houses are not highly sought after from OOS PNMs and these two houses also put on terrible rushes because they rely on solely connections.
