northern house sororities such as zta and aphi

Is it safe to assume that because these sororities have more northern sisters (like NY, CA, MA, etc), they are more accepting of minorities and racially?

every sorority is open to minorities, the ones with the least minorities id say are KD, alpha gam, alpha phi, and chi o.
