by: DSo in my sorority I feel like you have to be in a certain ‘group’ to get exec positions, be featured on social media, etc. I know in the grand scheme of things it’s not a big deal, but it still pisses me off. How does one deal w the frustration lol. Fun fact: I’m bottom tier, so it just goes to show there’s shallow girls in every house

Not exactly the same but our positions are pretty much picked by our machine reps. They encourage certain girls to run and bully and spread rumors about the other girls who want to run. They always make sure to make friends with the freshmen and sophomores who are the biggest voting groups so that their candidates win.
It’s really backfiring on them though, things are not going well.

^^^^ take a look at where the officers/exec board are from in OR sororities like kappa and kd. Mostly in state with some southern oos. Sucks for oos girls who don't realize this and want a position because they don't even have half a shot, no matter how qualified or great they are
