Hey PNMs -
To be blunt, rush is HARD, mentally, physically, and emotionally. For MOST girls, you will feel at least some sort of disappoint sometime throughout the week... And it sucks. You will wonder why XYZ house dropped you, you will wonder why you weren't "good enough" for ABC house, you will wonder if all of this is even worth it. And I just want to remind you girls that YOU ARE WORTH SO MUCH MORE THAN GREEK LETTERS. Rush week can be EXTREMELY emotional and if you're already dealing with insecurity issues, like most of us are, rush can only exacerbate those negative feelings. And it's SO important to remember that this isn't what defines you. It's SO sad to see so many amazing girls feel defeated and unworthy when rush doesn't work out how they wanted. You letters do not define you, you define them.

Agree with everything the Apostle OP said in her sermon. Also, remember that the way you view yourself may not always be agreed by others but their opinions don't matter in the grander scheme of things. Trust the process you'll end up where you belong whether it's prestigious OR or progressive NR.
