non biased ranks

KKG/DDD/XO/KD
ZTA/AGD/PBP
ADP/GPHI/APHI
AOP/DG/DZ/KAT

everyone has their ulterior motives but this is unbiased and just how it is right now. things could change though. axo/pm top of the top. kkg/ddd get top in state and out of state. xo/kd strong in the south. zta top of nr, agd clinging to their in state girls and or status. adp if you're smart and involved, gphi/aphi if you're a model type looking to party with potentially a qr. everyone below had only these 1/2/3/4 houses to choose from and got what they got. still not bad houses.

You're right about A Phi being QR but I don't think G Phi is at all. They're pretty and they party more than some but definitely less than Zeta, A Phi and Pi Phi imho. Yeah, I wouldn't put Zeta at the top of nr either.

No way is gphi that high. i know a bunch of girls who had gphi on pref and ranked them third. they are definitely moving up, but one good pledge class doesn't put them on the same level as adpi. I'd put them next to dg and aoii.

switch agd and pi phi agd seems to be less desired by Pnms every year and with pi phis new house for this rush they can easily move up a couple places
