Even as a brand new house, being a “traditional” sorority on the row will give SK a huge advantage over SDT.
I think a lot of girls who aren’t happy with their options at the end of recruitment will be more drawn to a house where they can shape the future of the house rather than somewhere like SDT with a (negative) established reputation
