tut or pres?

I don’t know whether to live in tut or pres. What’s are the pros and cons of both???

Tut: close to everything, very social and you’ll meet lots of girls. The building is old and some girls have problems with allergies and asthma because of the mold.
Pres: you have personal space but it’s still very social. You’re right next to a gym. It’s a far walk to class and the sorority houses.
If you value personal space tut is probably not for you, if you want to be right up in the action tut is a good choice
