@hm my rank was just off the top of my head, so I’d agree with those changes as well. I’m hesitant to move XO down because when I rushed (I’m PC 14) they were such a dominant house, but I think they’ve been falling in the last year or two because girls feel so much more comfortable choosing houses they like during rush rather than the ones they think they’re “supposed” to join (same reason AGD, KD, and KKG have had mixed results)
And I think Zeta has moved up/ AGD has moved down enough for them to be on the same level even though they pull VERY different demographics. Props to Zeta for (from an outside perspective) moving towards classier girls and better grades and reputation. I think AGD has lost out as less southern/ Christian girls come through and northern/ west coast girls don’t feel a pull to their house

Theta I doesn't seem to really care about GR rankings so I'm thinking it is more than that. We have all noticed a ton of threads pushing down AGD this spring. I'm thinking another OR house who competes for the local Christian girls but has become more and more boring over the last few pledge classes is starting to worry about AGD.

AGD did pull some of those away from AXO this year. The super smart non discript uber Baptist in state girls see AGD as the top fit very often. Those girls are not usually on other OR priority lists. Totally makes sense we are seeing AXO push AGD down. AGD obviously does not troll here but AXO definitely does

I am not the OP, but I sort of liked the original ranking to a degree, it was different. I would move AGD above ZTA and I would move GPB ahead of Theta. But, I leave Theta behind GPB because I think they are pretty much the same as AOP, DZ, and DG, but Theta has the smart house rep and I am biased toward academic houses. I also would leave APhi right where OP put them this year. Way down. Just the way I see it.
