Good. You prob have Pi phi right— for now. Recruitment out of new house should get them a good PC in line with their history (last few classes a little less quality than norm for them) and put them back at the level where top new row links up with the lesser old rows, which now is AGD.

Move DG and AOPi down a tier (although I think AOPi is right on the cusp of the bottom tier/ 2nd to bottom tier) and move GPhi up.
Also switch KD and DDD

Honesty this is super accurate. Not too sure why everyone wants to bump DDD up though. They are not on the same level as KD and Kappa

neither is XO anymore and if it had to be one or the other I'd say DDD is better, I agree not quit at KD or KKG level though

Tridelt did really good last recruitment and did better than chi o

KKG, KD, DDD and to some extent XO trade places in the same tier to me. It just depends on the year. I have to hand it to DDD this past rush. They did a fantastic job and in my opinion probably got the strongest overall pledge class. But who knows what will happen this fall. XO has struggled lately so maybe it will be their year!

DDD and Kappa are similar in that they still get top in state girls but also are welcoming to top OOS PNMs as well. KD is having to play catch up in that area. Girls that are not well known to KD before rush don't always feel wanted there, and OOS girls (other than Mississippi and Memphis) aren't as interested in XO.

Everyone knows that Chi O got a pretty bad pledge class this last year. And DDD did get a very good pledge class but they took A LOT of girls with reputations...
