housing situation?
by: XWhat are Theta and Sigma Kappas housing situation next year, and when is the new Theta house supposed to be done. I know there are two swing houses, but I was under the impression the one AOPi is in right now is not supposed to have people living in it (Kappa was told they’d be the last ones in there I’m pretty sure)

Sigma Kappa will be in the house across from zeta. I have heard theta will be in the German house/trailer so maybe alpha gam’s old house will be empty. I’m not sure why they wouldn’t just use it for one more year for theta though.
Anyone know where theta’s house girls will be living the rest of the semester? I know they’re tearing down over spring break

My guess would be that the Theta’s who were living in the house will move into Harris since that’s where the Zeta’s lived before their house was done.
DZ’s house should be done by next fall, right? Judging by how it looks now I can’t see why it wouldn’t be finished by then.

Sigma Kappa is moving into the house across from Zeta (DZ's current swing house). DZ's new house and AOII's new house will both be done in the fall in time for recruitment. I would imagine Theta will have a similar situation to Pi Phi because they are scheduled to tear down before the semester is over.
